School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)

The Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is a state-required plan that guides our school's efforts to improve student achievement. It identifies our goals for student success, outlines the strategies we use to support learning, and explains how state and federal funding is used to meet the needs of all students.

Our SPSA is based on student data and includes:

  • School goals for improving student achievement
  • Strategies and actions to support student learning
  • Programs and interventions for students who need additional support
  • Professional learning for teachers and staff
  • Family engagement and communication efforts
  • Planned expenditures and funding sources
  • A process for monitoring progress throughout the year

How the SPSA Is Developed

Our School Site Council (SSC) works with the principal, staff, and other advisory groups to develop, review, and monitor the SPSA. Using student achievement data and input from our school community, the SSC helps ensure the plan reflects our school's priorities and supports continuous improvement.
